A South Florida Bank are looking to hire an HR Generalist in Miami.
Must have banking experience
Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule 8:30am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday
Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training and experience. 2. Three to five years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. 3. Two – three years of experience managing payroll systems, preferably ADP software application. 4. Two-three years of experience managing a learning management system (LMS), preferably Cornerstone software application. 5. Banking experience preferred; banking compliance regulations. 6. Additional Preferred Eligibility Qualifications 7. Background in employment law. 8. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
