Required Education :
Associates degree in a related field and 2 years’ experience working in Instructional Design and/or e‐Learning Development or High School Diploma, ISD Certificate from credible source and 4 years’ experience in Instructional Design and/or e‐Learning Development
Create/Evaluate/Modify training programs and materials to ensure compliance with MDSAP, FDA, and ISO training standards. Collaborate with Supervisors/Managers/Directors to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity of training programs. Assist Supervisors/Managers/Directors to ensure all personnel are trained adequately to perform their assigned responsibilities, identify training needs/gaps, and ensure training is documented appropriately. Collaborate with Supervisors/Managers/Directors/Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify requirements, coach them on ISD methodology, manage expectations, and design and develop instructional sound learning initiatives that meet their needs. Assist with monitoring training activities and training effectiveness. Assist with Administrative functions of LMS. Reporting and data analysis of training initiatives within LMS.
2 years’ experience assessing training needs, translating job requirements into training requirements, planning and coordinating personnel training, and organizing / developing instructional materials.
