Preparing and distributing various payroll reports and analyses to customers and management
Work in a team environment coordinating with other team members in the processing of payroll
Maintain compliance with all payroll related regulatory and Siemens requirements including effective internal controls
Participate/lead various projects including Mergers & Acquisitions
Complete understanding of all of the standard and some complex aspects of the payroll processes
Proven proficiency in understanding payroll regulations, laws and processes.
CPP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in payroll.
